TCBM2SD Redux case for Plus/4 & Commodore 16 with Pi1551 support

This is a roughly whittled case version that will support the TCBM2SD with right angled buttons out the back of about 12mm+ length. It also has a rear cutout slot for the new Pi1551 ribbon cable. There's also a label which I recommend laminating then gluing in place. If using with a Pi1551, clearance is limited and with default DIL pins the connector will sit too high. To overcome this, I soldered the pins from the top at the right length, then soldered underneath with them supported by a female connector. It's tricky to explain, but what you want is the ribbon connector flush to the board and it should just fit. I'll try and post a picture later. The case slot should gently grip the ribbon cable.
