Tea Bag Dispenser - Faster Stackble Interlocking - For Smaller Bags - Extended & Base - for e.g. PickWick

Remix of a couple of designs to fit my tea-holding needs. Works great for PickWick bags. Alex's smaller model worked great for PickWick, so I started with his model, and inspired by Manuel's design added his base scaled down on top of it. This makes the design a bit taller and fit more teabags. Also makes it easier to grab tea from the container above when stacked. Note: Due to the walls being slightly thinner due to the changed scale, there is a small line where the two merge. It doesnt hurt the function so I didn't put in the time to fix it. Pinted with Clear PLA, this way you can quickly lift the teabag on display to see how full the dispenser still is. I glued the base on because i dont intend to stack them in the future.
