teleport homer with base

I needed a teleport homer cause I lost mine so I added some stuff to this design so you can print it all in one! it is on the correctly sized 25 mm base so no need to worry about that, I added a gap in the bottom like any other Warhammer base, if you want me to change that lmn, I have not printed it myself yet but I'll post a photo once I do
