Description
The 100 has been redesigned to incorporate a keyway and slot configuration. Previously, the instrument operated across two unintended acoustic modes: an open embouchure engaged the primary throat, while a tight embouchure activated the baffle. An intermediate embouchure position caused both modes to engage simultaneously, resulting in unpredictable tonal output. This redesign eliminates that behaviour, producing a consistent and reliable response across the full embouchure range. Quick Release Ligature — Assembly Instructions Materials required: 2mm blind cord. Locate the small hole in the body of the instrument. Pass one end of the cord through the hole and thread it around the body. Insert the free end into the opposing side of the body. Apply a single drop of cyanoacrylate adhesive and allow to cure fully. Once dry, tension the free end with the lever in position, closing the gap. Secure all remaining cord ends with adhesive and allow to cure. Trim any excess cord flush with the surface. The ligature is now ready for use.
