The Grand Carnival + Expansion (On the Road) compatible one-box organizer

I couldn't find a suitable insert for combining the fist edition of The Grand Carnival with the expansion content from On the Road, so I decided to make one from scratch. Print one of everything except the small side trays (print 4) and the Guests/Tickets (print 2). See the photos for how everything fits together with very little lid lift.
