Fit 15x1mm (10-20mm wide) EVA Foam tape for better isolation between 3dpart and glass top. Features: The top lip is 1mm taller to add isolation foam under the glass top. Added smooth anti glare shield Hole for the led cable is smaller and smoother with TPU bushing to reduce thermal dissipation. Added few chamfer and fillet for a smoother design Deeper light angle (45*d) Notch to fit handle screws Print Settings: Raiser: ABS Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer height: 0.2mm PEI plate Speed: 100% Anti glare shield: ABS Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer height : 0.08mm PEI plate Speed: 50% Hardware I use: BLLEDController (Light automatically managed by the printer) or any LED strip than is not wider than 12mm. EVA Foam tape: Aliexpress or Aliexpress2 (15x1 mm - 5m) The anti-glare shield is glued or double side taped. Make sure you print this either with Nylon, ASA or ABS so it can withstand the heat from the ledstrip and from the enclosure.
