The100 MicroProbe Mount

This is a custom accessory designed for the THE100 3D printer . It consists of two parts: A spacer A MicroProbe mount The design is optimized to securely hold a MicroProbe sensor in place. It includes two slot for inserting a melting nut (heat-set insert)(M2xL3.5xOD3.6), allowing you to screw the MicroProbe sensor directly onto the mount with a firm and reliable fit. Additionally, the design includes a built-in cable guide , allowing you to neatly route the cables coming from the printhead, improving overall cable management and reducing strain. Both parts are designed for easy 3D printing and seamless assembly. Just insert the melting nut into the mount, align the spacer, and attach it to your printer. Simple and effective!
