Through-Hole Eccentric for Wankle Rotary Fidget Spinner

I wasn't a fan of the original eccentric for two reasons: the slight finger depression meant purposeful downward force was needed to rotate the eccentric, and the combination of the shallow finger depression and the cutouts on the underside meant supports were unavoidable unless you have decent bridging (which I don't - I tried it and the bottom of the finger depression was rough and uncomfortable rubbing the tip of my finger). I redesigned the eccentric to use a through-hole for your finger which fixes both of those issues. Print at whatever settings you printed the rest of the toy with.
