Toilet Paper Holder With Large Shelf

Remix of: https://www.printables.com/model/3363-toilet-paper-holder-with-shelf I couldn't find a toilet paper holder with a shelf big enough to fit the extra large packages of wipes I buy from Sam's Club so I remixed @Andrew_17218 's model to fit my needs. The shelf is about 7.5" x 8.5" (19.05 x 21.59 cm) in size (this is a rough estimate, see pics for exact measurements).
