Description
This is a very small model concentrating on the print in place joint used in the monitor shelf. This uses the same joint mechanism as the original and is the same scale thus tolerances are accurate to the original. Test printed with the following parameters: 0.2mm Layer Height 5% Infill Cubic Infill Pattern No Brim Printer - Bambu Lab X1 Carbon Filament - eSun Matte PLA In my testing, it did take a little bit of force to separate the edge parts from the middle axle. It seems like the top and bottom of the edge pieces print in a pedestal/staircase like manner. So its this part that interfaces with the middle axle and is what needs to be separated for the edge/support part to be freed. After separated it may be worth while to sand/file down the pedestal effect on the edge/support pieces as well as the inside of the middle axle for a more forgiving fit.
