Toothbrush Travel Case - Holes on Half (print in place)

@codewarriorr's toothbrush travel case was well made and was mostly what I was looking for. I wanted a toothbrush travel case that had holes only on one side of the case and so mashed together @codewarriorr's models. I split both of their v2 models in Orcaslicer into objects, rearranged, and reassembled them into these remixes.
