Toy Sword or Lightsaber (collapsible)

This is a collapsible sword that is similar to other models that can be found on this site. Choose between two different designs, a sword or lightsaber. Everything can be printed without support. The size is more aimed at children, but this comes with the benefit of faster print-times compared to similar models. The extended blade is approx. 43 cm long. Print Setting recommendations: Material: PETG or PLA (I tested both but PETG is probably more durable if intended as a toy) Layer height: 0.25mm Perimeters: 2 (or more) Solid top/bottom layers: 4 Infill: 15% (only matters for the hilt) Support: no Brim: outer brim on the blade parts recommended for adhesion Post Processing: Make sure to cut or file away the brim or elephant foot nicely. This makes it easier for the blades to collapse. Update December 5th, 2023: Changed the license to allow for commercial use.
