TPU Suitcase wheel pads 55x13 / TPU Kofferrollen Beläge 55x13

Due to carelessness, the suitcase was pulled for extended distances with the brake engaged. As a result, two of the wheels wore down completely, becoming square-edged. Since there are no replacement wheels available, I designed the wheel pads from TPU. To ensure the rubber wheels print optimally and fit onto the plastic rims, the geometry is optimized for 3D printing (with 45° slopes). The original tires were 13mm wide. I widened them to 14.8mm. Removing the rubber residue from the plastic rims is a bit fiddly, but it can be done ;-). I also removed the brake, of course, to prevent this from happening again. I printed both pads in black, of course. Blue was just for testing. TPU 95A, layer height 0.2mm, 100% filling, no supports. Pay attention to the orientation of the component on the printing plate (see photo)! *** I would appreciate Makes and Likes *** Durch eine Unachtsamkeit wurde der Koffer über längere Strecken mit festgestellter Bremse gezogen. Dadurch waren 2 Rollen komplett eckig abgenutzt. Und weil es keine Ersatzräder dafür gibt, habe ich die Beläge konstruiert und mit TPU gedruckt. Damit sich die Gummiräder optimal drucken und auf die Kunststofffelgen aufziehen lassen, ist die Geometrie für den 3D Druck optimiert (mit 45° Schrägen). Die Originalräder waren 13mm breit. Ich habe diese nach außen verbreitert auf 14,8mm. Es ist ein bisschen fummelig die Gummireste aus den Kunststofffelgen zu entfernen, aber es geht ;-). Die Bremse habe ich natürlich auch entfernt, damit das nicht nochmals passiert. Ich habe die beiden Beläge natürlich in schwarz gedruckt. Blau war nur zum Testen. TPU 95A, Schichthöhe 0,2mm, 100% Füllung, keine Stützen. Auf die Orientierung des Bauteils auf den Druckplatte achten (siehe Foto)! [12m]
