This realization led me to design the TrackTwist Socket Organizer . Combining functionality with open-source principles, this organizer was conceived out of a pressing need for an improved storage solution. Use appropriate washer for IMPACT or regular walled sockets. Sizes should work for multiple Name brand and off-brand sockets. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 50% Filament: Any PLA,PETG,ABS,ASA,PC Notes: For optimal strength and durability, follow these printing guidelines: Printing Position and Supports ------------------------------ Print rails vertically on end. Will print faster flat on bed with support but will be a pain to pull supports and could warp. Recommend to add 3mm supports only to bed when printing on end. No supports needed when printing on end vertically. Print socket holders horizontally for ultimate strength. Use 5mm supports. Position the socket holder with the flat side of the nut facing downward. Ensure ball detents are perpendicular to the bed to achieve the best quality and strength. * Ensure washers are printed face down for the best print quality. Make sure there is proper support for the socket holder to prevent any deformation or warping during the printing process. Infill Recommendations For the socket holder, use 50% infill. For other components, adjust the infill based on your preference. When using PLA for the socket holder, a 50% infill has proven stronger than 100%. Filament Recommendations 1. Polycarbonate: This is the strongest filament tested to date, but it might be challenging for many to print with. 2. PETG: This is the second-best filament choice for socket holders and t-nuts. 3.
