Trek Rail eMTB Pivot Fender

A little fender/cover to protect the lower chainstay pivot from muck. For Gen1-4 Rails (not 2026-onwards). This little fender design (printed in PLA) has been valiantly defending my lower pivot from muck and rocks for the last 2 years. Attaches with 1x ziptie, has a rib/cutout to fit to weld, but not required & should work lower down or on a carbon Rail. I also slightly modified mine to curve downward slightly by heating it up in hot water, bending to shape, and letting it set.
