Truchet Coaster

I love this Truchet pattern and wanted to produce an object using it. I created the curves in Affinity Designer, then extruded the profile in 3D. Printing is very easy with no special requirements or supports needed. The structure holds itself together elegantly without requiring additional spans. I printed in Kiwi3D Blue Raspberry dual colour PLA for the two-tone silk effect. I used ironing on one side to contrast the textured plate pattern on the other. However I prefer the textured plate side as it catches the silk PLA highlights better. Enjoy!
