TS 100/101 Long tip insert for Pinecil all-in-one case

The tip space in the lid insert of the original model was just a tad too short for my TS 101 tips. I made it a bit longer and moved the tip supports a bit too make room for the tip flanges. The space for sponge / brass wire is a bit narrower as a result.
