Description
I really liked the packing of 3 tips, but the rigid materials I had at my disposal proved to be fairly brittle and the middle section of grips would break. The grips STL could be printed from TPU, nylon or any other material which has more give. Or, it can simply allow you to replace it should it fail (in the event you want to make the insert out of all the same material). It will be pinned in place when you secure the insert tray into the outer case. I included a model of a support structure (to be printed separately ahead of time), so that I could pause my print and put it inside just before the bridging happens for the hole (6.8mm). I was making my tip holder from PETG and it bridges poorly with my setup. I printed my support in PLA, which does not adhere to PETG. You're more than welcome to use your slicer's native support settings. You want to avoid droopy bridges, which may interfere with the fit of the grip piece.
