TS100 TS101 direct fume extractor

Fume extrtactor directly attached to the soldering iron tip. print using high temperature uv resin ( I used 3DMaterials SuperHDT). print the mold for the silicone spacer. clean it properly and use mold release or some coating to make sure it doesnt inhibit silicone curing. 2 part silicone putty works great. The silicone spacer will last about 2 months of daily use and the shell will last about 1 month of daily use. you should use thick silicone tubing for the air pump. since the air is hot, the tube has to be heatset silicone. cheap silicone tubes intended for peristalstic pump will melt, so test it before using it to avoid burns and injuries.
