TT:120 LSWR 20 Ton Brake Van for Hornby Chassis

LSWR 20 Ton Brake Van TT:120 for the Chassis of the wagons in the branch line goods starter set or club wagon. Body shell has been adapted from the original to fit this wheelbase. While not fully accurate it does still look good to provide variety for the scale. There is also an adapter block which should take the screws on the existing chassis and then the body shell pushes on this. There are also some step boards pieces you can print and glue on the sides of the chassis. Handrails are not part of the model, for mine I just glued on some plasticard strip. Glazing can be done with usual methods, glue N glaze was what I opted for. I printed the body in resin and the others in PLA but could all be done in resin. The body shell may work in FDM machines if a small nozzle and some very good settings. If anyone attempts this I’d be interested to see the results.
