Two-part vent wall for CREALITY K1 MAX - LID RISER V3

This is a new center wall design for the K1 Max Lid Riser V3. This version prints in two sections for those who have difficulty getting a clean print of the original design. This design also allows you to print “face down” if you have a textured bed and want to see the texture on the wall section. Added 1/1/2025: To go along with these new center wall pieces, I inserted a hole in the top rails for brass inserts the same as used elsewhere. These will help keep the back side of wall in place, especially when the slider is used. Only the center needs a screw. Assembly: Make sure all mating features are clean of supports. The male portion of the couplings really need to be cleaned up. You might need to round off the edges a bit and possibly trim back the rail part along the coupling. I used my Dremel for this. It will be tight. Add the original end pieces first to the front wall piece. Insert into frame all the way. Now, add the inner slider. The back piece will bend so insert one end first then bend to insert other end, but make sure this piece is all the way against the rail section while inserting. There are three locations for optional screws. You really only need the center one. I have added remixed top rails with a hole for a brass insert to screw the back wall to top rail.
