Two piece axle with teeth

I printed & liked Diplomator's filament winder https://www.printables.com/model/515427-awesome-filament-spool-rewinder-upgraded but I had some trouble. I noticed the small gear (aka “Spindle - Part 1”) turning without driving the main spindle (aka “Spindle - Part 2”), when the destination spool got heavy (near 1kg). I found kevman's https://www.printables.com/model/614558-two-piece-axle-with-bearing-and-captive-nut and like the idea of the captured nut. I remixed the “bearing spindle base” to have notches to capture “teeth” that I added to the shaft of the small gear, to help prevent these 2 parts from slipping when the spool gets heavy. I also added facets to the max diameter of the spindle base, and chamfered the edges, because I got tired of it hurting my fingers when I twisted the parts together.
