Two Toroid Balun/Choke Box

Balun/choke box for two FT240 toroids side by side.. This arrangement should reduce the parasitic capacitance that can occur between stacked toroids. There are loops inside the box for securing the toroids using zip ties. It is recommended that you use the slicer to add a couple 2 mm weep holes on the wall that will be at the bottom of the installed box if it will be in a wet or humid environment. The coax connector cutout is designed for a type F or SO-239 panel mount connector.
