Tzillari Minister Kafta from Babylon 5

My mesh for Tzillari minister Kafta from Babylon 5 movie The Legend of the Rangers. Kafta was the representative of the Tzillari in the Interstellar Alliance fact finding mission to Beta Durani VII in 2265. According to David Martell, the Tzillari only recently joined the Interstellar Alliance, and they are located in the frince of the Alliance, and none of their ships have been bothered by The Hand attacks. Further info was developed and published by Mongoose Publishing on the book "Legend of the Rangers". The prosthetics was made by Bill Terezakis. Images are attached to help in a paintjob.
