Check out also my Ultimate 5015 Part Cooling Dual Fan Duct for Ender 3 S1 (Pro) + Sprite Extruder To silence the fan even more, print my Snap-On 5015 Blower Silencer Design: I have created this model with the following considerations: efficiently guide air to the back of the baseplate and into hotend ultra-lightweight much stiffer probe mount better clearance to extruder lever snap-on mount for the 5015 blower reuse original screws only Printing instructions: you need to print BOTH MODELS backplate + 5015 mount printing orientation on bed as shown in picture material: use PETG or better (avoid PLA, due to low heat resistance) layer height: 0.2mm or smaller use 5 perimeters supports on build plate only infill: any Fitting instructions: disassemble the extruder and replace the backplate using original screws use 24 Volt 5015 blower and splice/solder/crimp onto a stock connector file down small amount of plastic on the bottom part of the blower → this will ensure a tight fit in part snap-on the blower and rotate it in it's final position secure the fan with a glue gun don't forget to do a PID calibration for your extruder !!! _________ Version history: v1.0 13.3.2023 initial release
