Description
I designed these adapters to mount the Ultimate Drawer System XL shelves ( https://www.printables.com/model/17865-ultimate-drawer-system-xl ) to standard pegboard. Each shelf is mounted with a left and right bracket pair. In order to be able to connect mulitple shelves next to each other, I have made 26 sets of these bracket pairs that allow you to align the shelves in 1 mm increments. I have not tried this with the standard size UDS, so I am not sure if it would work with those. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Each bracket has a small tab that you press-fit into the top rear holes of the shelf like this: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media In order to determine which offset is needed, measure from where you want the left edge of the shelf to the closest edge of the hole (3mm example shown in image below). To correctly hang the next shelf so that there is no gap, for this example you would need to print the Left and Right "Offset 3" bracket. If it was 11 mm, you would print the "Offset 11" pair. Note that this only works moving right-to-left. I am not sure what is needed moving left-to-right, but I think you would measure a similar gap, and then calculate: 34 - gap. Note you might need to subtract off ~25 mm to get a number <25. Anyhow, hope that helps, you can always trial and error with different offsets too. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media I print them as a pair in PLA with tree supports. Once the shelves are hung, I use a M4x10 to hold the shelves together. It really helps to align the top surface and keep everything sturdy. Highly recommended.
