UltrAspire Lumen 850 Duo protective cap for on/off button

UltrAspire 850 Duo Waist Light Button Cap The UltrAspire 850 Duo waist light is a great addition to the Trailrunner's / Ultrarunner's kit. One downside to the light is that it does not have a lock-out mode to prevent the device from accidentally turning on while it's in your pack or during transport. There are a few low-tech ways to avoid accidentally turning it on: You could remove the battery and store that separately or you could flip the battery around so the light won't work. Or you can print this cover! It slides over the end of the light body and covers the on/off button. Features: There is an outer rim to aid in removal of the cap once installed on the light even if you're wearing gloves or your hands are cold and wet. There is a small inner stand-off / offset to keep the base of the printed cap away from the light's on/off button. There is a small inner protrusion at the top of the print that allows the cap to click onto the light and provides some retention so the cap can't slide off accidentally. Recommendations: Print the base in PETG and the rest in TPU. This provides for rigidity where needed to protect the on/off button, but also gives flexibility for the cap retention.
