Description

Basicly for the most part, this is an updated version of the original and two already remixed version with the addition of another option for the bearings. This remix also give access to the onshape file to modify according to your tolerance or for different bearings size, its not limited to the 693zz. The heat insert will probably be about the same as 3Daemon version , I didn't have access to the CAD file so I can't be sure. The thrust bearings have the same dimensions as bykim version , since he published the STEP files. Though I've modified the Spin Ring thickness to have somthing less thick. We could probably still get 1mm of the total heigth. Check his page for the assembly. There's an addition of another version with 693zz bearings instead of the thrust bearings, which allow for a less thick version of the spin ring. This also only requires 4 bearings instead of the 8 needed for thrust bearings. These might not be the best bearing also, I chose the smallest ones, but this might not the be the best option. They will also require a small spacer ring to make contact between the bearing and the Umikot gears. I haven't created it yet, as I have yet to receive the bearings. This mod uses M3 - CHC screws, that would stick out ouside of the model. The 693zz bearing have been tested, it works very well :) I gotta print the whole Umikot in the following days ! I'll test that mid february when the parts arrive. Here is a link to the Onshape CAD file , where you can modify the bearing size to fit something you might already have. There's is the two version as two branches the F5-10m bearing and the 693zz bearing version. This version is without any handle, but you should have access to all the regular option provided by the regular Umikot version.
AI Analysis: This is a set of mechanical components designed for use in bearings, featuring various inserts and a circular base. The components are made of a light gray material and include a central ring, smaller cylindrical parts, and circular holes. These parts are intended for assembly in mechanical systems to facilitate rotation and reduce friction.
