UniFi U-PoE+ Rack Mount for 1U Decora Bracket

This adapter allows the UniFi U-PoE+ (PoE+ Adapter, 30W), https://store.ui.com/us/en/category/accessories-poe-power/collections/pro-store-poe-and-power-adapters/products/u-poe-plus?variant=u-poeplus , to be mounted on a 1U Decora rack panel. I wanted a clean way to keep the PoE injector in the rack rather than hanging off a cable somewhere, so I designed this mount around the original wall-mount base that ships with the U-PoE+. The UniFi mount screws into the printed base, which then sits behind the Decora face plate and positions the injector with its RJ45 ports accessible at the front of the rack. For fastening the UniFi mount to the printed base, I used M3 knurled threaded heat-set inserts pressed in with a soldering iron. Other approaches should work depending on your setup and filament. The 1U rackmount Decora bracket I use is from eBay ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/264097865148 ), but any standard 1-gang Decora bracket should work. This was designed and tested with the U-PoE+, but UniFi also makes a 2.5G version (U-PoE+ 2.5G) that appears to use the same form factor and mounting base.
