Description
I loved the concept of the original but wanted something that was a unisex design. This can be used on the tool, the hose or even as a shallow upper portion cut down in the slicer. My driver was I have a single 4" hose to both my table saw and router table that I share. This allows me to move that hose easily enough, as well as provide a storage area on the router table that's out of the way. These use the same 10x3 magnets and as along as your keep the pattern consistent on all of them, they will always attach to each other due to the magnet pattern as well as the offset inner rim. FreeCad source files are included to adjust the hose/tool attachment side, or really make any changes you want (this isn't the same source file as the remix. I created it from scratch, mainly as a freeCad learning exercise.). Tool and hose connection from my main dust collection tree. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media both ends matted together. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Here's the hose that leads to my router box, uncoupled. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media hose end connected. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media I took the top portion of the connector and dropped it down in the slicer. That resulted in something i could attach to the back side of the router dust collection box and store the hose when it's not attached. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media the hose attached and out of the way. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media
