Universal 0.96" OLED (SSD1306) Minimalist Mount Set

This is a space-saving, universal mount for 0.96" OLED (SSD1306) displays. Unlike bulky frames, this design uses two minimalist pillars with slotted holes (ellipses) to fit various PCB revisions from different suppliers (AliExpress, etc.). Features: Height: 15mm (ideal for long female headers). Universal Fit: Slotted design covers different hole spacings. Screw Type: Optimized for 2.5mm self-tapping screws (e.g., Ambrovit). Hole Diameter: 2.0mm (designed to allow the 2.5mm thread to bite firmly into the plastic). Washer: Custom conical washer included for a perfect flush fit. Protection: Includes a custom 2.9mm conical washer to protect the display PCB. Note: If using two screws (top and bottom) in a 15mm standoff, you might need to slightly trim the screw tips to prevent them from meeting in the middle. Printing Instructions: For the best results and a strong thread grip, print with at least 3-4 walls (perimeters). This ensures the 2.5mm self-tapping screw has enough material to bite into without splitting the standoff.
