UNIVERSAL Filament RESPOOL - Rewinder

YES, again next Filament Respooler , BUT…. like always, I dont like complicated things, i used an idea from others , but i did printable almost without suports. and also more stronger. My print from others was weak, lot of suports and lot of parts, include printed axles, parts what need to be truly good conected for other parts was just glued or secure with smal bolts, what i seen like totaly weak. Maybe isnt look like machine from 1900 iron casting, but working, strong enought and totaly universal. Printed parts are secure and asembled togheder with bolts and glue. Not just one size of spool. I using spools from many companys, include refil spool, witch have different holes, different width. from diameter 52mm till 72mm and from width 40mm till 80mm. machine like this i didnt find anywhere in webs. Simply you add the spool rod and berings and leg slide in position where you need . I printed whole structure from PLA 15% infil, and gears , slide mechanism and handle are 30%. main axles are M8 threaded rod and bolts M8, secure with M8 nuts . for other helping conections are used M3 bolts and nuts. on gif you can see how its asembled togheder, and the rest of .. you need find by self. material used for: threaded rod M8 : lenght - 145mm 1x 190mm 1x bolts M8 70mm 1x 60mm 1x 50mm 1x bolts M3 25mm 3x 20mm 2x 30mm 3x nuts M3 6x nuts M8 16x hot internal thread M3 (4x4) 6x bearings 608 (22x8x7x) 11x some srews for conecting to the base wooden bord and two rubber bands for secure spool axle. (did I find as not neccesery ) for the spool holder are designed for 150mm in lenght HT40, who have no idea what HT pipe is, its 40mm PVC pipe for dirty water. all are manual, but iam sure will become someone who will create motor device for .
