Using them, it was difficult to center the spool correctly. Only after a long time did I realize that the problem was that the angle of the cone was too large. Taking a cue from another project, I decided to design the cone with a small angle, which means that centering is now simple and works the first time. IMPORTANT NOTE : I recommend printing centering cones from smooth and slippery filaments such as PLA or PETG e.t.c. USING CENTERING CONES MADE OF TPU MAY RESULT IN BAD CENTERING OF THE SPOOL AXIS !!! TPU, like any type of rubber, is a material with high adhesion and is often used as an anti-slip material. These factors can cause bad positioning of the centering cone when tightening the spool axis.
