Updated Base for Sevro v1 LED Ring lamp, 1/4" / 6.5mm Dimmer hole

I needed an updated base to fit the recommended and linked LED dimmer with a 1/4" / 6.5mm shaft. I printed it in PLA with the wide base down. The recommended and linked LED dimmer on Amazon came with a 1/4" / 6.5mm shaft and the provided base has both holes sized as ½" / 12.5mm which only fit the 12V power receptacle.
