Upgraded filament spool holder and threaded guide

This is a partial remix of the spool holder and filament guide for the Ikea Lack Table design. It includes a modified design for the spool holder that uses 608 bearings - I found the original design a bit noisy and had some spare bearings, so this is the end result. I also wanted a threaded filament guide so I didn't have to glue the original guide in to the hole. I printed these at 0.20 mm layer height and 20% infill. No supports necessary.
