Description
This battery charger is specifically designed for these cheap green Daweikala Li-ion USB C batteries, i cant guarantee it will work with different brands. the charger is meant to fit 4 x AA batteries and 4 x AAA batteries with additional storage for 3 x AA batteries and 4 x AAA batteries It uses four USB A to double USB C adapters they include with each battery set and a four USB wall plug adapter, The EU/US/etc shape of the plug doesnt matter. the size of my charger is somewhat standard, it's 28mm by 45mm, if yours is differnt sized, you're gonna have to measure it with calipers and bolean the mounting hole within your slicer software so it will fit properly. First take the usb C end of the cable and slide it into the matching hole, it might be a little tight as the hole is slightly tapered so the cable wont get pulled out along with the battery, then test fit the battery and glue in the end of the cable using either hot glue (reccomended) or CA glue, do the same for all 8 charging slots and route the cables up through the slot in the middle and plug them into the charger, tidy up the cables using zipties and secure the bundle with some glue so that the connectors wont loosen over time. Links to where i bought these batteries: AA https://a.aliexpress.com/_EzmMGC0 AAA https://a.aliexpress.com/_Ey5eUyC *check the description of the batteries if the seller still includes the USB A to double USB C adapter as this may change over time. print settings: reccomended orientation is the front of the charger facing down on the build plate, some supports are required, you can print it with any regular filament as the charger doesnt (or at least shouldn't) get very warm during charging so it wont deform the part.
