V Slot 2040 Aluminium Extrusion Joiner ( 16mm )

Simple, with all the work done by @sulli18 and all I've done is create a joiner using the 16mm end caps. It wouldn't take much to create a 10mm version, should it be needed. When printed, make sure all supports created are removed, so that the extrusion can push all the way up. A slight tap with a small hammer may be needed, but it won't damage the joiner or the extrusion.
