V3 LED strip holder - fits Dauntless OBDII shift light.

V3 fits the HUD display in my MK8R. I also painted top facing surfaces with high absorption paint to eliminate reflection from the housing. V1 (LED Strip Holder STL) is a simple flat housing that in the MK8R fits well and looks good top center of the cluster. Should be a nice low profile option for any car. I am using 30ga wire to LED with no issues.
