Vault with Pin Tumbler Lock

This design uses a mix of 3D printed parts, various lengths of 5mm dowels and a few springs. Everything can be printed without support material (in PETG and PLA, at least) but brims may be required for some parts. Below is a list of all the non-printable parts: 5mm Metal Dowels - These can be purchased on Amazon or other websites in either kits with multiple sizes or packets of specific sizes. For this project you need: Required (1) 10mm x 5mm (2) 12mm x 5mm (5) 16mm x 5mm (1) 20mm x 5mm (4) 30mm x 5mm (3) 35mm x 5mm Handle (Required, but size can vary) (5) dowels required, 20mm x 5mm min, 35mm x 5mm max How to get dowels? Search “5mm metal dowels” on Amazon, or other wholesalers, and there are many options. You can buy kits with a variety of size, but I have not found a kit with every size needed for this project.
