Volvo P80 (850 or S/C/V70) cupholder inserts/rubbers

The rubber tabs of Volvo drink holders get hard over time and break off, resulting in a loose fit for smaller-diameter drink bottles. Replacing the drink holder tabs on the armrest normally entails replacing the entire arm rest at a cost exceeding $250 USD before labor (see Volvo 1998-2000 armrest assembly 9165037). I have created these inserts that simply replace the original ones. You will need to remove the armrest from the car, open that up to get to the cupholders and then open up the plastic cupholder assembly to replace the rubber inserts. It is a fair bit of work, but you can do it while you print. These inserts fit my 1999 Volvo V70, but I guess it would fit all P80 based volvo's, so that would include the Volvo 850 (1992 - 1996), Volvo S70 or V70 (1997 - 2000) and Volvo C70 (1998 - 2004). I have printed this insert with black TPU at 0.2mm with 100% infill. You might want to use a finer resolution. The insert is about 1mm thick, so they can be printed quickly.
