wall mount for camera flex arm

this is a remake to https://www.printables.com/model/103921-housing-case-for-electreeks-ir-camera-for-rpi and adds a simple wall mount. I use this to hold a rpi IR camera above the toddler's cradle on a RPi4 with motioneye OS.
