Wandering Hour Clock w/ Arduino + Wifi + Stepper Motor + Web Server

After collecting and 3d printing all the required parts from the original instructions by @DavidKingsman and assembling it with a high-torque clock movement, I was having a hard time getting the dials to turn. I fine-tuned my 3d printer and printed some of the parts multiple times, but it was just not working. When I was about to give up on this project, I finally found a great solution with this remix from @DavidStern_697247. I replaced the clock movement mechanism with the stepper motor. But I found a few bugs with the Arduino code for the stepper motor. The use of push buttons to adjust time was also not very convenient for me when the clock is going to be mounted on the wall. So I rewrote the sketch with new features - getting time from the NTP server using wifi, a web server for clock management and troubleshooting, etc. I removed the push buttons as I can do everything from the web server.
