Description

This is a remix to the warlock design I found on here. For this print, I made the middle section one piece. You will need a larger capacity printer to keep it one piece. I used an Ender 5 plus. If you have a smaller printer, use the original version of this print. The smaller version that someone made has 2 pickups and this larger version is a bridge only. I used glow in the dark Inland PLA+ filament for this to give it some extra flair. The neck I used was a wenge wood neck from amazon (I would think any 25.5" scale 24 fret neck would work.) The neck linked below intonates perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09YY4HT2Y?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details The floyd rose style bridge also came from amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08V1FW4SX?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 For the pickup, I used an actual BC Rich pickup that I had laying around. But you can use any humbucker pickup and knobs. Same with tuning pegs. Any 6 in line pegs will work. You will need to file the nut and do a complete setup once assembled. There are tons of videos on youtube to help with this. To assemble the pieces together, you will need 3/8" steel bars cut down to 38mm and 17mm. These bars help to align the body. Then use lots of 5 minute epoxy anywhere the pieces touch and clamp together until there is squeeze out. Clean up squeeze out as fast as possible while clamping to avoid extra sanding. Settings I used are: Infill 25% Infill pattern : Tri-hexagonal in Cura Walls : 10 layers Top and bottom: 10 layers You could probably go with 7 layers but I wanted to be sure that I didnt need to add anything to the middle of the body for structural support. This thing does not flex at all, even under string tension. Also, to lessen the tension, I used 9-46 strings.
