Filament recommended: PETG-CF or PETG-GF This print does not include tab for electrical harness as its not needed, I removed it so there can be access to weld the top side. Plastic welding/installation tips: Clean and tack it first and TEST FIT BEFORE FULLY WELDING to ensure the alignment is correct Depending on where and how much of the tab is missing, you can trim the print to fit. Use a decent soldering iron (the plastic on the fog light needs higher temp to be melted.) Use filler material, or else your weld will break very easily (use the same material as your printed tab, just cut a strand off.) Ensure all three surfaces (the tab, fog light, and filler filament) are liquefied and melted together at the same time before moving on with your weld. Don't try to melt too much at a time, contain the liquified area to no larger than 1mm-1.5mm. Don't go deeper than 1.5-2mm mm in depth. Avoid inhaling fumes, use respirator or ventilation. ( I did it with the extraction fan on high over my stove. ) It doesn't need to be perfect, as this method of joining plastic is quite strong as long as you follow the tips
