Wide-spool extensions for lock-in-place desiccant container

The parts here extend my lock-on-place desiccant container (https://www.printables.com/model/1268555-lock-in-place-in-spool-desiccant-silica-gel-contai) so that it can fit nicely into wider spools. To achieve this, the hygrometer-compatible lid is stretched to sizes that fit various widths of spools. Simply check the size of your wide-format spool and choose the file closest to the width. I recommend rounding down to take next size below the width of your spool so that the 10mm winding can take up the slack. Currently, I have only uploaded parts sized for the small desiccant container. Parts for the large container will follow. This is still experimental, so take it as such :)
