Wider and narrower remix spool holder

While the remix was made to accommodate the wider Prusa 2 KG spools it does not fit other 2KG spools so I made it longer to accommodate. I also noted (from comments on the site, I had some myself) that it does not fit other smaller spools (not even some 1KG spools) so made more threads further back down the shaft as well to make use of the full length of the model. (Tweaked the diameter to aid in smoother/easier dialing as well.) This will now adjust from 35mm-150mm
