Witch Hat Lid

This is a witch hat for the great Vase mode Jack-o'-lantern - Halloween pumpkin lamp by Daniel Josvai. During printing several of these models, I found that the original lid was sometimes hard to fit (and stay) on the pumpkin due to material expansion in vase mode. So I decided to adapt a witch hat for it. The hat design is base on the original Witch Hat by Microsoft from Thingiverse, that is no longer available online (but several copies). Witch Hat Lid model is available in tow sizes: full-size (for pumpkin model 100%) and half-size (for pumpkin model scaled down to 50%). Two different print options: single part with supports needed, due to large overhangs; split in two parts for easier printing, no supports needed but instead with some glueing action required. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Print setting for fast and light printing with 6mm nozzle: first layer height: 0.4, other layers height: 0.3-0.2; solid layers top 2, bottom 1; perimeters: 2; extrusion width fist layer 0.8, other layers 0.6; infill 10% Rectilinear. Tip: To get rid of seam artifacts on the pumpkin in Prusa Slicer’s vase mode, consider the following two settings: Printers -> Use relative E distances and Before Layer change G-Code: G92 E0. Unfortunately, this issue seems to be still present in the current slicing algorithm of Prusa Slicer.
