Description
I made an X-Axis revision with belt tensioner and bearing clampings. It is inspired by the bear mod x-axis but fits with the normal Prusa extruder. The x-axis is also much stiffer than the original one. Additional holes for m3 screws to attach a camera are also integrated. All Features: Belt tensioner Bearing clamps End stops for the bearings Integrated holes for camera ect. Stiffer than the original X-axis Compatible with: MK3 Extruder MK3s Extruder MK3s+ Extruder What you need: All screws an nuts of the original X-axis and 4x M3 x 12 screw (ISO 4762) for bearing clamps 4x M3 Hex nut (DIN 934) for bearing clamps 2x M3 x 18 screw (ISO 4762) for belt tensioner 2x M3 Hex nylock nut (DIN 985) for belt tensioner 1x M3 x 16 grub screw (DIN 913) for belt tensioner idler (you can also cut a M3 screw and use it) Tighten the screws of the bearing clamps carefully otherwise the bearings will take damage. The slit should not close completely. If you get an x-axis error after assembling make sure the rods are pressed all the way in. 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Depth for the pulley: 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Additional holes: Screw distance 18 mm Screw diameter: 3 mm Cameraarm: https://www.prusaprinters.org/de/prints/57220-cameraarm-for-revised-x-axis Print instructions Material: PLA or PETG Perimeters: 2 or 3 Infill: 20-25% Infill pattern: Rectilinear Layer height: 0,15 mm Supports x-end_motor_boogie.stl : painted supports for the small bridge x-end_ilder_boogie.stl : no supports x-end_tensioner_boogie.stl : no supports 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media Update: 11.11.2022: improved x-end_motor_boogie.stl 📷 Image redacted — claim this model to add your own media 12.02.2021: Release
