M8 vs M10: Originally I designed the sliders for an M10 rod. Drilling the axles out to 9.5mm was pretty easy but getting it to 10mm was a pain. I would choose M8 over M10 if I had to drill the axles out again. My Print Settings Printer: Bambu Lab A1 Material: PETG Infill: 50% (Gyroid or Cubic pattern) Layer Height: 0.16mm High Quality Wall perimeters: 6 Top/Bottom layers: 6-8 ATTENTION!!!: remember to put in a print pause once the coutout for the hex nut is printed. Then insert the hex nut and continue printing. PSA: These parts have not yet been tested on a real bike. Use at your own risk. I will update this listing if testing results become available.
