Yamaha XT600 Rear Arm Chain Guard

Replaces Yamaha parts 5X62215110 and 90387440G3. This part is designed to be installed without removing the swingarm. Simply heat the part near the notch, bend it open, install it, and press it back together. Then screw the bolt into the nut—that’s it. I printed it in PETG, and it’s already lasted over 1,000 km. If you can print it in ABS, you probably should. 100% infill, of course. You'll need a screw M3 45mm and a M3 nut.
